I just bought a Jetsetter backpack and am disappointed. #1 the little pouch where you would expect a phone to go is not deep enough for even a normal sized iPhone. Maybe if I still had my 90's flip phone.... #2 there is an inner slip pocket that sticks out so everytime I try to put something in the bag it gets caught on it and ihave to wrestle to push it back. #3 The width described does not represent the top of the bag which is narrower that the bottom. Love my HB <3 I have about half a dozen and just love them. I get so many compliments on every HB bag I carry. Funniest one was "I have looked everywhere on the net for a LAR bag like yours for my wife and cannot find them" LAR...what....OH....you silly.....those are my initials monogrammed on my Henri Bendel :)
I got a sleek grey tote, a hot pink saddle bag, mint green mini cross body. And some accessories, sunglasses, etc. Love, love Henri's stuff.
haven't bought the bags just yet but so far all the jewelry & I've bought many pieces are cheaply made. The leather straps in pictures are not at all what showed up at my house. very thin leather staps on the wrap around bracelets. the rivet bangle is beautiful but their bracelets do not fit any wrist over a medium. so if you're wrist is larger, don't bother with a bangle type. even the rivet wrap around is tiny. all in all I am really disappointed in the quality so far. the styles are gorgeous but in real life not so much. ... read more
Love the the products. Poor customer service. Disappointing.
I received my Waldorf chain tote and is gorgeous !!! The only issue I have is that it is a bit heavier than what I am use to and I like a little longer strap. I will definitely keep it and will alternate with other bags. I love the look, sophisticated, chic and can be worn day or night.
