Purchased a $400 bag and its already fallen apart. Contact customer service and they want to offer 20% off of my next purchase. I am not buying another one. Very disappointed guess I will be rocking a $400 busted work bag.
I'm a long time online customer bought most of their cute stuff for myself and gifting them to friends even their cup. I called their customer service the first time to ask question why i didnt get the gift promo in my recent order. I decided on a 5 stars only because of their e-marketing. I visited the store at Dadeland Mall and their sales associates could not be bothered but their social media made up for it. Goods are great quality.

I � HB, It's just getting really annoying that they "conveniently" run out of GWP when I make a purchase �. This is the 3rd time, and it was by mail! Imagine that! I opened my box and no GWP. I own several HB purses and bracelets. The purses out of Saffiano leather are pretty and well made. Some of the leather has pulled apart on one of my bracelets. Since it was $100, it shouldn't be doing this. But overall, I really like their goods!!
