I ordered a wallet from Henri Bendel online. After two months of gentle use, the zipper pull tab on the coin section broke. I called New York; they wouldn't help me and advised I visit one of their brick and mortar stores. Fortunately for me, there is a store about 20 miles away. I Absolutely Love My Gala Bracelet and My Sea Salt West 57th Tassel Hobo Bag!
To say that I am disappointed with the Aventura mall store is a Understatement. I walked in the store and was greeted by a unfriendly woman. The minute I said I was bringing back a ring to get repair she didn't hesitate to say "they no longer repair jewelry only purses". I was appalled by her attitude and the fact that they no longer stand behind the jewelry.
