I ordered my handbag and wallet monogrammed! The Henri Bendel logo as well as my monogram. Is wearing off and cracking. I called customer service and they're sending me a packing label to send back. This was my first HB purchase. I was hoping for better quality considering the price. Hopefully once I send it in they'll send me a new bag that will last.
These bags are beautiful and I always get compliments on mine.
