Had wanted a jetsetter backpack and finally ordered the quilted black bag. I had found that there is some rough stitching on the straps that have caused several blouses to snag or tear as a result. Contacted customer service twice and no response... sadly disappointed
I had a great time at Henri Bendel at Lenox Mall. Their Store Manager and team are always so helpful and friendly to me and my daughter who's always with me when I shop. They always go above and beyond with their customer service to ensure that I find what I need.. I will always be a loyal customer..

Purchased Jetsetter Convertible Hobo nylon handbag. Heavier than I thought it would be; needed a lightweight handbag instead of my usual heavy leather ones. Weight should be in description and reviews should be on website. Strap looks cheap and not comfortable. Wish the liner was the bendel stripe instead of purple. Keeping the handbag but don't know how long I'll carry it.
Just brought two new Beauties over the weekend��. I can't wait to finally wear them�!!!
