I seen a beautiful bag and matching purse whilst on holiday in America and when I returned home to the UK I ordered it online and took advantage of free international delivery. After a little bit of a delay I received my products which I adore but there was an issue with the invoice. I contacted Henri Bendel who were most helpful and rectified the situation within a few days. I understand there may issues sometimes but how a company manages the situation is what's important. Will definitely buy more Henri Bendel soon!
Spent over $400 on items. This company double charged my card a week ago. Still have not received a refund. What's up with that, Henri Bendel?
I LOVE Henri Bendel!!!! I love the purses, jewelry, dog bags, dog bowls and even dog hoodies!!! Yesterday we attended the New York fashion week champagne morning at Zulus flagship store and as always, had a fabulous shopping experience!!!
Love that I am spoiled to have the Flagship as my home store! The service is always on point and the A Lister events are always a bonus! Thanks for the free champagne and bonus sales!

I bought a light pink coloured jetsetter backpack during my Las Vegas vacation last year, I used it just for one or twice, kept it with care and in good condition inside my wardrobe after each use, and when I took it out last month I was shocked to find the seam stitches at front pockets and top zipper have become ugly yellowing without a clue. They have really cute pieces, but terrible customer service. I've only received decent customer service once, and it was because I was purchasing something. Now that I have my items and have had issues with the items purchased just a little over 30days ago, I'm receiving very poor customer service. And I've even gone above and beyond to do my part as the consumer.
