Love the Miss Bendel classic pattern. The customer service is great. I am greeted when I walk into the store. I am informed about your new product.
I have HB purses, tote, sunglasses, ponytail holders, etc but I recently ordered a small clutch monogrammed on sale and spacing on monogram was off so I followed return instructions in package. Took 5 days and two emails to even get a response, then I was quoted the return policy and told the monogram was ok. Inferior product and poor customer service = loss of a family of three Bendel girls' purchases. Bummed to lose a brand we adored over a $50 travel pouch. #epicBendelfail

I used to love the Firewood candle when it was sold at Bath & Body Works, I actually thought they were discontinued when I didn't see them there anymore. When I found them on HB's website, I was so excited I bought 2 for my husband for Christmas bc he used to always have one burning at his apt 8 hrs ago when we were first dating, it always reminded us of that time!
