I just got off of the phone with an Henri Bendel rep and have to say it was quite a pleasant experience! I was having a "mommy brain" moment and when we both realized it, she didn't make me feel bad, but rather helped me laugh it off. When I told her that my husband heard the exchange and brought me a glass of wine she had a genuine laugh herself. I was so impressed with the staff at Henri bendel tore fifth Ave what great customer care. I had to make an exchange and they were so very polite and helpful. Henri bendel is my fav store ever !!! My birthdays coming up in two def want lots of stuff from there. Maybe there's a bday discount . Just saying

HB sales rep., Crystal at Shorthills, New Jersey needs to learn how to pack and box. I recently received a gift from my hubby and was so excited..Opened the box, to my shocking experience ever, the bag is in a warehouse plastic bag, no dust bag to be found. Was double billed for a bag I got 3 months ago. I inquired and they told me it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles to receive the credit but now it's been 3. When you call they force you to email because of hold times and then they don't respond to your emails. Horrible online and customer service.
