We too had great customer service at Forum Shops in Las Vegas. Janine, the store Manager was just fantastic. We had our goods shipped back to Australia and they arrived home before we even got home.
I have to say thank you to the amazing staff who all helped me buy a gift, monogram it and gift wrap it in record time as I had to catch a flight. Amazing team! Love Henri Bendel!

I'm live in Nordstrom country, so I'm used to--and have come to expect--top-notch customer service. HB never has disappointed! Team members have called every store to track down an elusive handbag, answered all of my questions, and always shipped things beautifully wrapped and packaged. I'm sorry for shoppers who've had bad experiences, but I sure am not one of them! And the style can't be surpassed!
