HENRI BENDEL, one of the best handbag designers! Every design is uniquely classy, very few of the exact handbag is sold at each store. Once they are sold, they are sold. I've purchased handbags for the last 3 years and I'm so in love with the fact that I rarely see another person with Henri Bendel. It makes it exclusive unlike everyone out there walking with their MK, Coach or Louis Vuitton ( which many own replicas)!!! LOVE HENRI BENDEL, everything is high quality!
Awesome products and customer service both in store and online. I have purchased several purses, hair accessories, candles, a serving tray and jewelry box. They are fast becoming a new favorite brands of mine. Also, any purse of theirs I wear holds up well and gets a lot of compliments.

Bought a Henri Bendel handbag when I was in New York in Dec 2013. Since I've had the bag I have constant issues with the zipper, it's sticky, it's hard to closer, the clasps have snapped about 10 times. For the amount I paid I excepted better quality.
