The customer service in the Orlando store is magnificent!
I have been shopping here for years and love the unique and fun accessories. However, I recently purchased a Swarovski skull charm for my dog and had to deal with customer service--and I am NEVER shopping here again! My dog wore the charm for a bit over 2 weeks, and it broke. I called customer service, and the woman was extremely rude and said "no returns on worn items." Are you kidding me? Clearly, Henri Bendel does not stand behind its products.
Why I can't pay whit a international credit card online ?
