Lo ve there style
I just had my first shopping experience at Henri Bendel and it was awesome. I purchased a handbag but when I got home I put my items in it and felt it was a little heavier than I like. I went back to the store and exchanged it for another bag. The customer service was unbelieveble. Everyone was so helpful and their knowledge of the products in the store was great. Vey diss appointed - bought a beautiful ring in May last year and one of the crystals have already fallen out. Only wear on occasion so would have hoped it lasted more than 9 Months!
