Complete liars,false information and dodgy. Came into the shop to get quote of my gold necklace and weight quote, unsurprisingly I was given wrong information regarding the price and weigh. Price they didn't even show me the weight display which rang alarms for me. I checked in other shop's and they give me honesty,transparency and brilliant customer service.
