The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. When I left my appointment I was so pleased with my experience that I knew right then I would recommend them to everyone I know.
