I always take the kids to Ross for their haircuts, he's very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The boys always look amazing when they leave and swagger out his salon!
Made an appointment for 9.30 am a month in advance after trying them once. Turned up at 9.30 am and they were closed (supposed to open at 9am) waited for 10 minutes and no one showed up nor did anyone call to cancel my appointment. Appalling service.
