I just want to say thank you to Kristin Waldrop. My mother is not the easiest person to deal with but Kristin was professional and helped my mom look at all her options and convinced her to buy a car with Hendrick Honda. Now my mother won't stop talking about her new car and it's all thanks to the excellent service she received with Kristin at Hendrick Honda.
I paid too much for my 2016 Honda FIT, no great financing option despite my excellent credit. But what really has put me over the edge is the stupid cargo cover. The tether on the right keeps popping off. I've taken it in twice, and all they do it put it back in without writing it up. So there is no documentation of my trying to get it fixed. I've been driving a 2005 Honda CRV for 9 years and this was my first true car dealership experience. I wasn't looking forward to it, but it ended up being great!! Kamal is the best car salesmen. Super knowledgable, personable and spent the time to educate me. Top notch!! Clint (manager) was also great and helped me work out a lease that I was comfortable with. I was really impressed with the experience!!!! And I love my new CRV!! Would recommend going to this dealer and asking for Kamal as your salesmen.

Poor customer service! Don't bother going. We spoke to someone on the phone, they quoted us, we went in. As soon as we walk through the door and ask for the person that kept asking us to come in, he pawns us off to another guy we have never heard of. Fine, We start negotiating and the deal didn't go how we planned, they couldn't get to our price. Fine. Buyer/ shopper beware. They can't honor the price and backtracked on their offer. Waste of our time.
There was no problem purchasing the car. Once the New 2016 Honda was purchased, we tried to contact the managers including Mr. Briggs and the Finance manager Mr. Haq regarding the service contract and for weeks, no one returns the calls nor attends to any concerns. We were misled that we would be getting the service contract confirmation by mail and nothing was provided. A simple courtesy of a call-back would have been appreciated.
