I bought a Honda CRV. First time buying a Honda. In all the years I've bought cars, this one has been a major problem with the paint. I've had it custom detailed and brought to a body shop for cleaning. I was told it was a defect in the paint. I brought it to Honda and they said they couldn't see anything, bring it back during the week. I've sent messages and asked if that year had any defects reported...no response. I'll never buy Honda again.
After 3 Civic bought from Hendrick Honda this I can tell you: THE BEST SERVICE WE EVER HAD!!! Everybody at HH is just awesome. The sales reps., the Manager (Chuck) is a guy you wanna talk to, the facilities are well kept, there's always fresh brewed coffee! We drive all the way from North Miami Beach to service our car and every time we feel welcome just like the first one. The funny thing is that we have a Honda dealer at just two blocks from home but they're rude and overpriced.

As a woman, I have never been treated so poorly at a dealership. The salesman acted like he was doing me a huge favor yesterday. Spoke with him today and still refuses to negotiate. He lost a sale for refusing to come down $184. Really? Salesman told me he lost a sale last night because he had to give the client to someone else while working with me. Actually he lost 2 deals. Serves him right. Plus, their dealer fee is high compared to other Honda dealerships. Go elsewhere where you're treated fairly and with respect ladies.... read more
I don't think it's right that it costs 40.00 to change a brake light when the bulb itself costs under 5.00! Very disappointing since they make it difficult to do it on your own.
I love this place, they are very polite, and do what you ask them to do , ive never had to wait longer than 30 - 35 minutes for my car to be serviced.

Fast, excellent service on my Civic. I would drive quite a distance for this kind of service, but feel lucky that it's nearby.
