Worst customer service EVER! I paid my Honda off 3 weeks ago and have been leaving messages every day for the last two weeks with manager, receptionists and multiple financial advisors, but yet to get a phone call back. I’ve stopped in trying to resolve my issue and both times waiting over an hour for someone to help me and I had to leave both times because I was there with my kids and they kept taking people back who were waiting to purchase a car versus me who needed to cancel my gap since my car was paid off.
