They are professional & know what they are doing. i always go to John "JP" Pardo as he is an excellent service advisor. He tells me what needs to be done & the cost. Not only is he courteous and professional, he also has a sense of humor. The work is consistently done well, and within the time J.P. says. The waiting area is clean and accommodating, and there is guest WiFi. in the 6 years I have had my Honda I have never taken it anywhere but Hendrick Honda.

Excellent service. Justin Fernandez (service dept.) is an outstanding representative. He is courteous and knowledgeable. He doesn't try to sell you services you don't need, but makes you feel comfortable about the service your car does require. He is the best!

Friendly staff. My salesman Devon was great. Incredible customer service, explained everything in detail and features the car has. At the end of the sale he took the time to set up the features in the car for me. Highly recommend this place!!!!
