I have an issue with my car and I have left several messages with the Service Manager and I have yet to hear back from her. I called several times this morning to speak with her and the receptionist explained to me she was with another customer and doesn't need to call me back and isn't going to. Great service Pompano Honda!

Frustrated! I have been calling the service department for days now and I can’t seem to get somebody on the phone. I have purchase one car from them and I currently got a lease. I have been having battery problem. Nobody seems to want to help and I have even asked for the manager in charge. I understand is holiday session but the least they can do is call me back. Will currently keep attempting to call them if not I’ll call Honda corporate to get my issue fix.
No wonder they only get a one or less star. I called about a free oil change to listen about trading mine in. The girl answering the phone had no clue what I was talking about. I asked her for the manager's name and she hesitantly said MARK FROMBERG. Going to try to find the actual owner to tell him it is a waste of time and money to send out flyers.....
i brought my car to Hendrick for body work after an accident and i was told the car would be done by November 11 and as of now i still do not have my car back they obviously keep putting cars that are Honda or cars that were purchased there before mine they continue to tell me they need another part well you have had the car for so long they must have known they needed the part but didnot order it. thati hope dontif anyone needs body work please don't walk run the other way from this place they are obviously major liars .

Went in for normal service. Completed timely and out the door. Have always had excellent service.
It took entirely too long. We dropped the car off on Friday night. We were there practically all day on Saturday, just to get an oil change. I was not happy it took all of my day.
