The dealership has gone down the Hill. I can't believe it is a Hendrick's establishment. Been buying cars their for years, the sales manager told me (after sending me an email about trading in my car) to come down after reading my email with my criteria (detailed) of where I needed to be price and feature wise. They told me we could do the deal. I went to the dealer and the sales person knew nothing about the deal with the manager. The left hand knew nothing of the right. My purchase was very well done in 2014, and I was pleased with the level of service. My car was, unfortunately, totaled in Nov 2016 and I cannot get the Finance Office to assist with one piece of information the GAP Insurance needs. I've called numerous times and had to "threaten" a call to the GM before someone would call me back. They dropped the ball at that point. Can't get this completed. Honestly I can't tell. They might say you need this or that. But I know for sure I always spend a whole lot of $$$ whenever I go there for service. Just dropped almost $900 for a job that could have been done for way less. But that's what Dealership and mechanics does.

Everytime I come to service my honda, the staff is polite, professional, and efficient. The mechanics do great work, and do it fast. Waiting for the car to be finished is also pleasant with outside seating and inside seating plus a coffee station. Who can complain. There is also a vending machine. However it is a long repair they will give you a courtesy ride home and the drivers are always safe and friendly. I absolutely love Justin in service. After reading some really bad reviews, I feel compelled to write my own. I have been very pleased with this dealership since I purchased my Fit Sport 3 years ago. It was the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. I did my research and homework before meeting with the salesperson. Entire transaction took about 2 hours. The service Dept has been wonderful. JP is a doll and did not pressure me for extras. I've had my car serviced there and each time have been pleased. I won't go anywhere else. I believe a review should be honest, otherwise, it really doesn't help a prospective buyer looking at this dealership. First, I live over 1000 miles away from this dealership. Found a 2014 Honda Odyssey online and called. Spoke to a nice gentleman (his name is David). I read the description of the car and saw the photos. All of which said the car was certified. JP is a great human being. Purchased my car and this was my first service. Rotate tires and oil change @ 6 000 miles. He got me in & out in record time!
