Cracked windshield from highway road rock on 2020 pilot. I insisted on using Hendrick Honda for repair. Called Chris Frazier and he worked with my insurance company, ordered the material and worked around my schedule as a true customer focused person does. This type of service is much appreciated !

I fell in Love with Hendrick Honda After going to several other dealerships and not being satisfied a friend suggested trying Hendrick. I first communicated with Andrew online whom was very knowledgeable in the questions I had before scheduling an appointment. Akilah Lee was my salesperson and she was awesome. I told her about a few cars I seen online I had interest in but she insisted that she had one that I would love and she was right I fell in love with the car on the test drive. Breathe of Fresh Air Chip was a very genuine breath of fresh air, not artificial but rather bent on getting you what you want with a pleasant pain free experience doing it, and Tony is also cut from the same cloth. They should be instrumental in training every sales person in Honda how to do what they do. The previous dealer I had was in Indian Trail , and they were liars caught in action, IâÂÂd buy another Honda just to go to Hendrick again.
We had a great experience at Hendrick Honda. Jay, Daniel and Joseph were so helpful and did everything they could to help us get what we needed.
