The technicians have always been very helpful, courteous and explain all of the details of what needs to be done. I took my Honda in this afternoon because I had a flat. Andrea quickly took my information and even showed me where the leak was in the tire. she gave me an approximate wait time and they got me worked in even though I did not have an appointment.

I have to give a huge shout out to Hendrick Honda. I recently gave my 2011 CRV to my daughter, who has moved to Seattle. She went to register it out there and they told her that she needed to have the bill of sale to prove that I paid the taxes when I bought it or she would have to pay $1,200 in sales tax. I didn’t keep those records...she called Hendrick and within minutes they emailes her the nine year old bill of sale. That is just outstanding customer service. I was always a fan but this sealed it. Thanks!!!

I have used Hendrick for close to 17 years. The sales and the service has and still is impeccable. I have tried corner garages and have been very disappointed. I have never took back any of the 4 cars I brought to service. Perfect! The only negative I have AND it is very small is ... the prices are on the high side. However less stress is worth the price for excellence
