I brought my Honda Fit into the service department due to the wrench showing up on my dash board. Andrea Bedoya - Pere was my Service Advisor. She greeted me with a smile and her awesome customer service. Come to find out I was due for an oil change. Andrea discussed what was required and put me at ease. THANK YOU HENDRICK HONDA!!! I am so glad I found this dealership when I moved to Charlotte a few years ago. Great customer service if you need your car serviced or are looking to buy a new car! If you are looking to buy, ask for Chip Chamberlin. He is trustworthy and his main goal is to provide you a great experience when shopping for a car. His knowledge about Honda is great, and he has had several himself through the years. For a no pressure sale, ask for Chip!

I had a flat and took my car to HH on Oct 14 to buy a new rim and a tire and spent more than $1K including alignment. After I got the car back and within a couple of days a dashboard warning said that the tire pressures were low. Of course, both the back tires were low, and even after I got air on all my tires and verified that the pressure was on spec, the dashboard warning wasn't turned off. The service department should have a checklist to ensure that all tires are inflated to spec before considering the service complete!... read more
