This dealership is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered, which says a lot being that I have family working for other Hendrick dealers. I bought a car in the fall 2019 and specifically chose one that was certified pre owned due to the extensive checklist that must be done and sent in order for the car to gain such label. “Certified pre-owned” is essentially as good as new car due to the work and detail done to ensure quality (in their own words). Jeff in service let us know what was wrong and gave options on ways to correct the problem. Jeff was great at answering questions and promptly returned calls. We recently moved from CA and will continue to have our car serviced there and will seriously making our next new car purchase at Hendricks Honda.
