I had such a great experience at Hendrick Honda. My salesman Chip had the best attitude and was so upbeat that he was a joy to be around!! The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. Great experience yesterday at Hendrick Honda in Pineville. 40 minutes from home in rush hour traffic. First service on my Ridgeline truck. Took a book to read and got through one chapter before Don Gunn came looking for me.Oil change, tires rotated, and everything else on a long list was checked. Very nice waiting area. Everything clean and polished. A two-hour trip from start to finish. Left home at 8:40 and back in Lancaster at 10:40.

Hendrick Honda is a very reliable clean and comfortable place for all your Auto repair needs. we recently took our car there for 60,000 mile service, everybody was very respectful and pleasant, especially Don gunn was very helpful he took care of everything and explained everything nicely, thank you Don!
Bought a new Civic from Craig this afternoon and had a great experience. And I actually reeeally enjoyed my two-hour drive back home :) I wish I could remember the General manager’s name but I was just too nervous at the time (buying a new car is a big commitment y’all). Anyway, he was great too. I really appreciate how well they treated us. Thank you all so much.
