Had a battery go south on our '17 CRV, and called Hendrick Honda to see if I could get a quick replacement on a Friday morning. Service rep said to get there right away...by 8:00, and he'd get it done. The service dept. analyzed to make sure, then replaced the old battery with a new one. It has 3 year full replacement, 10 year prorated warranty battery and got me out the door by 9:00. the price was little less than AAA, and the car received a full Honda dealer exam with printed report as a part of the job. My new vehicle purchasing experience with Garrett Vaughn was absolutely amazing. The process was easy and smooth and I am overly satisfied with my new Pilot! I suggest anyone looking for a new car request him as he is one of the best there and very easy to work with. I will most likely be returning again in the future for any other vehicle purchase.
