I have purchased a 2018 traverse and there has been a rattling noise underneath the vehicle since day one. I took the vehicle in and even left it numerous times, the tech have driven The vehicle home and I have even rode with them and still nothing was resolved. I recently purchased a 2019 Silverado LTZ. I had a dead battery after the fourth day. I called Corey my sales advisor about the problem and I was given a loaner the next day. The problem was a faulty ECM that was killing the battery. This was very disheartening news for a $63,000 that I have driven for 1 day. After 4 days the issue was rectified and I made the 2 hour drive to get my truck and return the loaner. We had an amazing experience at Hendrick Chevrolet. Everyone was so personable and helpful; especially our salesman, Trevor Buck. I can't say enough wonderful things about Trevor. He absolutely made my daughter's new car experience one to remember.
Chris was the best person ever!!! I didn't get the car due to the banks, but the conversation that Chris gave me was great!!!!! I would just go back just to see how he was doing!!!!!

Scammers! They kept my hitch equipment and refused to return it and told me that I MUST register my new Chevy in KS before I would be able to register it in the state I was moving to. That did not make sense to me at all. I called KS DMV/Tag office and was told that that was not true. I was told that the reason they wanted for me to pay the KS registration fees is because they had paid that money out already and wanted to make it back off of me. The salesperson was Scott Leach.
