It took over two weeks for my husbands brake lines to be replaced. First the part would be there on a certain day, next the part was lost, then the part was backordered. When we threatened to take the truck somewhere else they used scare tactics to avoid us doing that. Within ten minutes of making that phone call they called back to tell us the truck was being worked on and would be ready the next day. The bill was also over $100 more than the original quote.
