I was told I was approved for the truck I was looking at. Multiple times I mentioned the stop number. Drove over an hour to get there and suddenly it wasn’t that vehicle that I was approved for. The guy I had been working with lied the whole time. Left there pissed off. Will never go back. Went to another dealership and was approved within 30 minutes and went home with a new truck.

My husband and I have had the worst service from your service department. No communication during the\ 7 weeks its taking to complete the repairs on our vehicle and because of that, we now have no vehicle! You should really look into how well Mark Anderson does his job because he is really giving you guys a bad name. I will deinfielty ensure my family and friends Ias well as Twitter are all very aware of how we are being treated from your company.
There service department doesn’t listen, doesn’t pay attention and doesn’t give the complete service for what you pay for.
