I have to say that I have had the best experience with this organization. I made a call and told them that I was in the market. I got lucky and was able to speak with Ebony Harrison in sales. She made me feel like family and it was like I was talking to my sister. Later I traveled to Cary and met up with her. I felt no pressure and actually enjoyed looking for a Tahoe. If buying a car ask for Jack Smith. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.
I arrive 30 minutes early for an oil change. 90 minutes later my truck leaves the parking lot to go into the garage for the work to be started. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATED WITH ME ANY DELAYS. When I arrived at the dealership the service advisor asked if I was waiting, I informed him I was. I was then told the work would be completed in 60 minutes. While my husband has had a great experience with sales and the store manage Charles, he has had a miserable experience with Service at Hendrick Chevrolet of Cary. It is our recommendation to go to any of the other dealers in the area for great service and sales. Do not spend your valuable time and money with a dealer that does not know how to treat customers, especially after the deal when you really need them.
Purchased a vehicle from them and within a week it was in the shop having to be worked on. I’ve owned the car now 8 weeks and it’s been in their shop 5 of those weeks needing a new transmission AND motor. These problems should have been addressed prior to putting it on the lot but all they care about is taking peoples money.
