Worst car dealership I've ever visited. Went to test drive a 2016 suburban and was only allowed to drive in the parking lot due to it not being inspected yet. This is understandable, however, they repeatedly forced me to sign the paperwork without actually test driving it outside of the lot. I was told the next day the car would be fully certified and I could take it for a drive before purchasing..when I returned it still hadn't been inspected and again was being forced to purchase that moment or it would be "sold to a deale... read more
Disappointed for the second time by Hendrick. Never again will we waste our time going to one of the Hendrick dealerships. Your adds are so deceiving.
RecommendedI was there from 9:30 til 2:30 having my truck serviced and other things done to and lunch time came and the only thing available to munch on was a pack of nabs and a coke. That is a large, busy dealership that needs a Subway restaurant on the grounds.
Claire and Will worked out a great deal for me on a 2018 Equinox Premiere. The experience was great!
We just purchased a 2019 Stingray, and our experience was excellent. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We were frequently offered cold bottled water, and we also were given a nice meal and some Corvette accessories. We highly recommend this dealership.
The worst customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. And that is saying a lot.
Never buy a car from here your salesman will be gone and not back up anything you were told when you purchased the car, warranty is not honored unless you pay them a $99 dollar fee to tell you if it’s under warranty, service department(Jimmy) is rude as hell I have purchased 7 Chevy’s prior to this and never had a issue which just goes to show it’s the dealership and management not the Chevy product.
