They sold me a car in which the transmission went out twice in less than a year. Then they told me they would not provide a tow or a rental car. On top of that the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. They kept falling back on the warranty. I had a very nice purchasing experience at Hendrick Chevrolet this week. This was due mainly to having the good fortune to 1st meet Travis Tighe. He is very courteous and listened to what I was looking for in a truck. He then, in a non pushy manner, showed me multiple choices that might meet my requirements. Once I made my choice he very quickly worked the dealership through the purchase/trade process. I feel that I received an good value for my trade-in and am very pleased with the new Chevrolet truck.
