Service dept is terrible. We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership. We have always had problems with the service dept. They kept 1 car over a month before we ever got it. Now we have had a truck from the GMC dealership 3 times for 3 weeks for the same problem. Don't buy from them unless you plan on having your vehicle serviced some where else.
Will never go there again. Called talked to a salesman who was going to check on a price for me and never called back. Called them back to be told they were all in a meeting and will return my call. Which I never received!!! Still went there to look, had 3 salesman walk by us but never asked if they could help so I went inside to find someone. Then I was told since I was bringing a check for the vehicle and not going through with their finance it usually is a $1,000 more than their asking price. WTF!!! Never heard of that. W... read more

Even my new banker warned me. They are unethical. Stay away!
Had a bad experience . Would not recommend buying a car from Hendrick Chevrolet. My family will go elsewhere and hope to be treated more fairly
