I want to thank Scott Tielemans for being the absolute best service advisor that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I have been taking my Trucks to Hendricks Cary since 2001 and have only had positive experiences!!! I've had a few different advisors but over the last few years or more I have been dealing with Scott A. Tielemans. At first when I met him I was hesitant because my previous advisors were awesome! He has definitely had to fill some big shoes and he has done so and more. I consider him a friend at this point!

Bought a Chevy Traverse in March. Have gone to dealership 4 times to get them to file their paperwork with DMV. No returned phone calls. Completely crazy. Love the car, not impressed with people working there.
I would like to Thank Devon and Bob for all their hard work when dealing with me over the last two weeks. I purchased a used Cadillac Escalade and I love it. This is my third Escalade. Devon and Bob were very helpful and were determine to sell me this car. They worked a deal that I could manage and put me in the car. Harvey was good in the finance department. Good service from all who was involved.
6 months after buying a car (which was it's own 'unique' experience) and it's a pressing issue for me to come in and sign something they forgot when purchasing. Pretty awesome that a similar thing happened at their Dodge dealer next door on a prior purchase... Great job guys...
Worse customer service in the service department I have ever experienced. I waited 2 1/2 hours for my vehicle for work that should've taken 30 minutes. I informed the service team I needed to leave to pick up my kids in 40 minutes and was told my vehicle was done but someone would be right back to give me price quotes on new brakes. 20 minutes later I still hadn't talked to anyone.
