Horrific customer service. I was hit on by my sales attendant - cam to buy a car not a date. My license plates were over 3 weeks late in arriving. I called to see what the issue was. My calls were answered nor my voicemails returned. I had a $650 repair on the car 5 weeks after I bought the car. My mechanic said it impossible for the dealership to not have known about the problem if they had actually inspected the car before sale. I went in for a simple battery replacement. They put the wrong one in and that led to a whole other set of issues. Three weeks in a row I had a dead battery. Now they charge me $400 to analyze a problem THEY caused. The service manager, Bruce Brassie, has not responded to several emails asking for his help. I guess its now time for Mike Desmond to step in or Chervolet HQ.
Christmas 2014 we got a car here and had a great experience so Valentine's day this year my husband got a car. Everyone was amazing, we are super picky about our cars and everyone from the sales person to the financial guy did a amazing job.
Doing everything by phone and never seeing the dealership was not the usual for me but it went perfectly. My new truck delivered to me was great. It was very simple and a great experience. Thanks to Hendrick

I'm giving you a 5 star rating due to the fact that your radio commercial has been EXCELLENT in annoying everyone I know for many years. It is the most ear piercing piece of radio garbage there is out there. Any time I'm in my car and your commercial comes on, I have the whole family reaching for the radio to make it stop. I would go as far as saying that I rarely listen to the radio solely because I don't want to subject myself to another possible ear raping from your establishment.
My experience was not the best originally, but in the end I really do feel that they took care of me. Unfortunately, and maybe the bigger issue, I needed an incredible amount of repairs on my vehicle at this point. If you are in a similar situation, I recommend you at least talk with the service manager and see if they can help in any way.
I would recommend the folks at Hendrick Chevrolet. Had a great experience. The staff was great to work with and made the process easy.
Came to Hendrick last weekend to buy a truck. Amazingly, the salesmen preferred to polish the wheels of a Z-06 they had just sold. Turned me into a Ford owner.
