I have had a good experience with the sales and service department. I brought an Chevrolet Trak and I love my car. However 2 months in there was an notional recall and it took 4 weeks to get the part and my baby back to us. But through out this experience the service department has been amazing from giving us an loaner car to keeping the communication open between us on the process of my car. I traded in my vehicle at another dealership since I no longer live in the area. However, now that I’m trying to cancel my GAP and Service Contract on the old vehicle I just get the run around. I have contact them multiple times in the past few weeks - I get told someone will follow up or I get transferred to voicemails where the mailbox is full and I never hear back. Such a frustrating experience!
