Place is horrible customer service does not exist in this establishment and on top of all that they delete reviews DO NOT SHOP WITH TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE....
Horrible customer service!! A friend had a known issue/recall on her vehicle, was given the run around on resolving the issues, was told she'd be charged for a loaner vehicle. An CSR Kimmie was talking rudely about her on the phone while she thought she was on MUTE! Transferred her with no warning or reason as to why. Horrible situation and service. UNACCEPTABLE when you've purchased a vehicle that has issues.
