Did an excellent job on the service for my corvette. However, I would suggest the following two things: 1. Closer attention needs to be made to appropriate mask wearing for both customers and employees. 2. A good car wash should be provided for corvettes upon completion of service since they definitely cannot be put through normal car washes as for other vehicles. Ken B.

Big thanks to service reps Austin, Cortney and Corvette technician Dave for helping my wife and I get our Z06 and ZL1 back on track. You guys were outstanding. I went to 3 different dealerships desperately trying to get my A/C Compressor fixed under warranty and was turned away. Hendrick Chevrolet in Cary actually cared about my problem and fixed it immediately. Also, they fixed a strut issue on my ZL1 to perfection. TERRIBLE customer service. I called in advance to make an appointment and detailed issues with my vehicle which I just received from my dad's estate. I dropped off the vehicle at 8:30am the day of my appointment and was told I would receive a call with an update and an estimate for repairs.
