My experience at Hendrick Acura Overland Park epitomizes the crappy car buying experience people seek to avoid when making a new or used vehicle purchase. To make a long story short, I had stopped in at the dealership on a Tuesday to look at a used 2015 BMW 328i XDrive M-SPORT Wagon priced at roughly $32,600.
