RecommendedAfter being super frustrated with another auto service company, I chose to take my Acura MDX to Hendrick Acura. I first talked to a woman named Eden and she provided me a quote and connected me with Lara. Lara was AMAZING! I have used Hendrick for repairs on my RDX for several years so when it was time to get a new car I started my search with them. Unfortunately, today's experience was not a good one. The sales manager Monty was rude and abrupt with me over a $400 difference in pricing. I could hear him and my sales rep yelling at one another over the difference. I had to uber home because my current car is not driveable. I will search for my new car elsewhere and never recommend Hendrick to anyone I know. Such a sad situation. Monty should l... read more

Not worth anyone’s time. Beyond low trade in offer and act like their cars are gold. No negotiation available, just constant talking trying to convince you that it is a great offer. After I left I immediately got an offer for 6k more on trade along with 5k extra off the new vehicle price. That made the deal very easy to decide and spent less time making the deal here than had spent at Hendrick.
