I had my MDX towed there because I lost my keys and needed a new one programmed. I had mistakenly set off the alarm and had to disconnect the battery. I notified the service department that the battery was un hooked. After the key was made and a couple days past, I got stuck in a parking lot walking around with my kids asking random people for a jump. Despite not having an appointment I was promptly greeted and offered print Service. My clean & ready.
I just took my Acura TL in for recall work (again!) and I also asked them to check for problems with the throttle response. I've nearly had an accident several times over the last couple of months turning left when I step on the gas and the throttle does NOT respond for a few moments! When I arrived to pick up my car I asked about the throttle response problem and the guy said "the technician test drove it but nothing happened, so there's nothing we can do." REALLY?!? Dalton Hayden is the salesman you should ask for. He is honest, committed to his job, and has integrity. He was very patient through our process of buying a car, and I would only deal with him. Blair is his sales manager and possesses the same traits. I am so glad I went with these awesome people after I was very disappointed at Jay Wolfe.
Sales experience with Max was a good one (none of the high-pressure nonsense one can unfortunately experience with many auto sales dealerships). Laura in Finance was truly exceptional, and Matt in Service was also very good. All around, one of the better car buying experiences I've had. Would highly-recommend !!
