Evidently you can’t look at a car if you don’t provide your driver’s license and wait for them to enter you in their system. I didn’t want to drive unless I was actually interested, which I didn’t know until I could actually see one. Suggested that I sit down at a computer and look at pics online...I can do that at home, or anywhere on my phone.

The service I and my car received was great. The Uber and car wash was a nice touch.
They provide great maintenance service. They get you in and out in a timely manner. They also have great snacks while you wait. I highly recommend Hendrix.
I bought my Acura TL from this dealership and had nothing but 5-star experiences, until the last year or so. I asked to speak with the general manager about my transmission that failed the day following my service. I had a few questions on the service record and I requested several times that a manager contact me (it was a new service tech that helped me). I serviced my car every time with Hendrick and even bought the pre-pay maintenance package, and I cannot even get a call back. 1 star service.
They have all new staff. No one seems to know what they are doing on the sales floor. I spent 4 hours on Saturday to lease a car. Total waste of my time. I will be done with this dealership after this vehicle lease is finished.
