Very quick & great customer service on a Friday morning, one of their busiest times of the week.
Hendrick’s service has a great team, always professional and first class. They are thorough, honest and have a high degree of integrity. While in for service, the service technician nicked one of our wheels while pulling over the lift mechanism. The mark on our aluminum wheel was very minor and almost unnoticeable; however, here’s where the honesty and integrity part comes in. Fast in and out service. Very easy and pleasant experience.
In general, I have been pleased with Acura Service. However, recently I had an 8:00 am appointment to replace tires, was told I was first to be serviced and it would take 1 1/2 hours and finally got my car at 10:30 am. If they offer a courtesy car, take it.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service. Lara in service is AMAZING. Went in for a tail light replacement issue & oil change. She treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I NEVER write reviews but they are dishonest, do not follow through or return phone calls! Once you buy a vehicle from them you are no longer a valued customer! I was promised window tint as Part of the deal to close the sale and got it in writing before signing. I have been calling for a month trying to get it scheduled and I am told they will check into it and then I never receive a call back! I've been working with Hendrick Acura for almost 20 years now- Superior Acura prior to Hendrick. The service is outstanding. The pricing is fair. And most importantly they treat you like FAMILY. I now have 248 k on my 2011 Tl and I look forward to another 100k at least! Scott Lund did an excellent job working with my wife last week to get her taken care of !
