Last week was my first experience servicing my Acura at an Acura dealership and I was very nervous. Towing my car into the dealership was simple and an Acura rep called me as soon as they received my car to discuss the issues I wanted checked out. They asked me for approval to do a diagnostic, gave me the price and assured me that no other work would be completed without my prior knowledge and/or approval.
