Really pleased with our lounge carpet fitted today. Fergus is reliable and provides excellent customer service from the initial visit to discuss requirements and measure up through to fitting, along with helpful communications to update on carpet ordering and delivery which was reassuring. A very efficient service too - the process took two weeks between the initial visit and fitting. We would recommend Fergus and would use him again.
Fergus brought us samples out to look at firstly - explaining quality, etc . Ordered carpet and paid deposit.Worked with us for organising the fitting of the carpet. So accomadating- really knows what he is doing-lovely guy- excellent work. Very happy. Definitely will go back to him for our next carpet.Wouldnt hesitate to recommend. And we had a grand blether too
Just had our bedroom carpet fitted by Fergus, we have used Fergus in the past and we wouldn't use anyone else he does an amazing job. Communication is always spot on, we had to change our date due to a furniture delivery and he quickly got us a new date with no problems. Fergus is very good at his job and always has a smile on his face. Thank you once again.
I can't recommend Fergus enough. He did a fantastic job fitting a new carpet upstairs, was really quick and extremely professional. We'll definitely be getting him back to do more soon! Cheers Fergus.
Contacted Fergus in March as I was moving into a new house, he pulled out all the stops to show me my options & give advice on what was available to me. He was also able to shuffle jobs about to make sure he was able to fit my new carpets after I’d painted but before any furniture arrived. He then done an absolutely stellar job of fitting all carpets, which look great & have held up wonderfully over the last few months, excellent quality & still look great!
