I loved working for this company. I had excellent training and worked with some very professional people. The customers were also very friendly. I wished I had joined the company earlier. I am now enjoying my retirement, but I still miss the staff and customers.

I've been working for helping hands harlow since 2020. I had never done care work before, but with the training and support from all the staff, I can honestly say that I'm so happy here. The team are so helpful, understanding, friendly and supportive. Our training is always up to date. We always give a professional manner. I love my working family, i wouldn't work for any other care company. Thank you Helping Hands.

I have a carer from Help Hands(HH) in Harlow and she is brilliant. Not only do HH provide top quality care staff but their organisation is very very well run. My carer turns up, at the time expected, every time. She does all of the things I need and is warm, friendly, professional and maintains my dignity despite me needing personal care. I value this service more than I can say. HH and their carers are outstanding. Highly recommended.

I have worked at helping hands for a year and a half. When I first started it was hard. I felt unsupported and just left to do the work and isolated. Now I couldn't recommend working here more. Everyone is so supportive. The carers all work together to keep the customers in the best health and wellbeing possible. The office staff help in every way they can and always offer support and advise and are understanding when unplanned things happen. Applying for a job here was the best decision I've made professionally.
