Scott and Rob have an excellent team who are hard-working and conscientious. They have worked with us on numerous projects. I first used Helm & Ransome approx 3 years ago on a house extension including new kitchen, toilet & patio. Later asking them to create planters & additional outside entertainment area. Their work, efficiency & reliability were excellent throughout. Really poor! Called him up to ask for a quote, very rude and not interested. Told me "no not today mate" and then hung up the phone. Would never recommended!
Really happy with our patio and the speed it was finished. Any problems were rectified quickly.
