Unfortunately although Ash's member of staff was prompt and friendly baiting a loft to get rid of rats is not the best option. A week after baiting we've had to take down ceilings to get rid of dead rats that obviously started to smell as they decomposed. I think it would of be wiser to set humane traps. Really think of pest control is your thing you would of known the rats were going to die within our property.
