RecommendedI've purchased 3 F150's from Helfman Ford, 2005 FX4, 2011 4X4 King Ranch, and 2017 FX4 King Ranch, Mr. Bill Chrisman has always treated me like family took care to see I got the truck I wanted. All vehicles need service, I have always taken my trucks to Helfman and continue to do so for service, and I could not be more pleased, and thats is largely due to one gentleman, Robert Blakey. RecommendedWent through QuickService area for an oil change. They completed it in time for me to pickup my teenage from school and a good price. Talked to regular service advisor for air bag light issue and will be bringing the car back tomorrow for diagnosis of this other issue.
Customer service is severely lacking. No excuses, no apology. Just told me they dropped the ball. I left with the impression that my time spent there was irrelevant.
